Start adding your candidate details. Ref Hub makes it easy for you to add candidate details into the system, so you can get to the next step of requesting referee details!
1. To add a candidate, go to the Candidates section by clicking the 2nd icon on the left sidebar menu.
2. Head to the right side of the screen and click on Add Candidate.
3. Fill in the necessary information to add your new candidate details.
Name - Please enter the legal name of the candidate
Email Address - Make sure to enter a valid email address because this will be used for requests made in the system
Phone Number - Enter the candidate's phone number for calls and SMS
Date of Birth - This is to have additional information about the candidate to ensure you have the correct person on file
Position - This is the job role the candidate applied for
No of Reference - Enter the required number of reference checks to be completed for the role
