How to enable SMS feature

Ref Hub is delighted to introduce the highly anticipated SMS integration, allowing you to send request links to candidates and referees through text messages simultaneously with the email requests.

  1. When creating a candidate, click here to enable the SMS feature for that candidate.

  1. Click Add Candidate

When you click Request Referees, this will send a text message to the candidate:

When you send the reference check request to the referee/s, this will send a text message:
