Navigate Billing Settings

From updating your subscription plan, purchasing credits, adding payment methods, and accessing your billing history. Simplify your billing management today with this guide.

  1. Go to Settings

  1. Click on Billing and you will see this screen

  1. To update your Subscription Plan, click here:

  1. To purchase Credits, click Buy More: 

‍

  1. Adjust the quantity based on the number of credits you would like to purchase:

  1. If you do not have any saved cards in the system, payment method will indicate that you will pay from a new card:

  1. Click Pay Now and a prompt will appear to confirm your purchase:

  1. To add card details, click here: 

‍

  1. Fill in the necessary fields to add card:

  1. Scroll down to view the Billing History. Each purchase will produce a downloadable invoice.
