How to Send Reminder to Candidate

If your candidate has not submitted the contact information of the referees, you can send a reminder through Ref Hub! It's easy and it gets sent to the candidate's inbox.

1. On the Candidate Profile, click on the 3 dots on the right side of the card. Select Send Reminder from the options.

2. A pop-up modal confirmation box will appear. Click Send Reminder to remind the candidate to submit referee details.
