How to Check if Ref Check Passed or Failed

1. On the Candidate List, you can view the number of references Passed or Failed:

2. On the Candidate Profile, you can see the pass percentage of the reference check.

Pending - This means that the referee has not yet completed the reference check

Red % -  Pass percentage is equal or less than 40%

Orange % - Pass percentage is between 41% to 74%

Green % - Pass percentage is equal or more than 75%

This is calculated based on the number of reference checks marked as passed or failed by the consultants.
